Wines available:
Henners – Gardner Street Classic 2023 – Still Bacchus – Gardner Street has the classic floral, elderflower note we have come to know of contemporary Bacchus, married with a touch of ripe stone fruit from the barrel fermented Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes: Aromatic, bright and zesty. The 2023 vintage was warm during the most important parts while being extremely generous, creating what we think may be the best rendition yet of the Gardner Street Classic. Notes of elderflower and gooseberry accompanied by fleshier stone and citrus fruit flavours of melon, white peach and orange. Hints of white currant and lime zest are softened by a creaminess and structure on the palate that delivers a lovely balance of fresh, bright acidity and vibrant fruit and floral aromas that leap out of the glass.
Henners – Brut NV – Quality English Sparkling – Crafted to infuse every moment with joy and intrigue, with this wine we aim to embody the essence of celebration and relaxation.
Tasting Notes: Sourdough aromas combine with crunchy green apple fruit to provide a wonderfully welcoming nose. The palate is fine with a lively and persistent mousse. Green apple and pear fruit characters mix with a toasted brioche leesy flavour helping to provide a complex and moreish palate. Balanced acidity and a long finish make this a very classy sparkling wine.
Flint – Charmat – Sparkling – Fresh, zesty, and effortlessly drinkable, A vibrant blend led by Sauvignon Blanc, Reichensteiner, and Bacchus it’s crisp, zesty, and packed with juicy citrus and green apple.
Tasting Notes: Crisp, bright, and full of fresh citrus and orchard fruits, Charmat is a refreshing, easy-drinking sparkling wine. Lively bubbles, with lemon, pear, green apple and floral notes, with a juicy, mouth-watering finish.
Flint – Charmat Rose – Vibrant, fun, super-tasty, and really pink. Super-fresh, fruit-forward, and endlessly drinkable, Charmat is sparkling wine without pretension. Perfect for kicking off celebrations or chilled sipping, these are bubbles made to enjoy.
Tasting Notes: Charmat Rosé is strikingly pink in colour and has the flavours and fun-factor to match. Vibrant and tangy red fruits – strawberry, redcurrant and cherry – energetic fizz, and mouth-watering acidity, with just a hint of creaminess.
