Join us for a relaxing morning of yoga, mindfulness and wellness in our beautiful vineyard courtyard.
This gentle, all-levels yoga class is perfect for total beginners and those more experienced, the class is followed by a deeply relaxing gong bath to help you unwind and reset.
We’ll then enjoy a mindful barefoot walk through the vineyard, finishing with a guided meditation amongst the vines and wild flowers, surrounded by stunning Norfolk countryside views.
Afterwards, enjoy a comforting cup of tea and spend the afternoon relaxing in the vineyard courtyard.
