On Saturday 29th August Sarah Hollingshurst will be returning to Brecks Vineyard to run a Wicker Bunny course.
With expert tuition from Cambridgeshire based willow weaver Sarah, you will spend the day making your very own Wicker Bunny to take home and love!

Course includes:

• Expert tuition
• Hot drink and biscuits on arrival (10am)
• All tools and materials provided.
• Lunch – Provided by the wonderful Norfolk Larder
• Access to the vineyard to stretch your legs

This course is suitable for complete beginners and all tools are provided.
There will be a break at lunchtime, where you can enjoy your baguettes in the courtyard and stretch your legs and purchase additional drinks from the Vineyard Bar.

Lunch is Brie & Crispy Smoked Bacon Baguette. The creamy brie is layered with crispy smoked bacon and a bespoke pear & white wine chutney handcrafted by The Norfolk Larder using our own Brecks Vineyard Bacchus. Finished with a peppery rocket and watercress mix in a crusty, stone-baked baguette. Served with a green salad, balsamic glaze and crisps.

The vegetarian option is a delicious Mozzarella & Tomato baguette, with balsamic glaze, side salad and crisps.
